Windsor is a city in southwestern Ontario, Canada having a population of  over 2,17,188 at 2016 Census which made it the 3rd most populated city in Southwestern Ontario.   It is situated on the south bank of the Detroit River having the warmest climate amongst all the cities in Ontario.  It is a  major contributor to Canada’s automotive industry and is know for its heritage architecture and fine whiskeys. Windsor is a  commercial and manufacturing centre operating a rich farming area that produces fruits, vegetables, soybeans, grain, corn, tobacco, and potatoes and its economy is primarily based on manufacturing, tourism, education, and government services. It has a humid continental climate, with four different seasons. Windsor has 2 hospitals and both of them are under the Windsor Regional Hospital banner.

You can have fun in the OHL’s Windsor Spitfires and the Windsor Express in the National Basketball League.  As the city have flat trial system it is the best for cycling.  Windsor has over 209 parks across the city and is filled with greenery. The sculpture garden of Windsor is outstanding and is world-famous.
